  The current research activities utilizing muon spin rotation / relaxation / resonance (muSR) will be reviewed with a key word "complementary" to neutron and NMR techniques, and the future applications of advanced muSR technique using intense primary muon beam realized in the planned Material and Life Science Facility at the Joint Project will be discussed.
